    my 115hp 1996 mercury s stroke not charging

    new deep cycle battery.fired engine, battery indicator showed low. increasing throttle , no change. fired kicker engine; showed a slight increase on gauge. With both engines running check volt with meter 12 volts. shut off kicker negative 12 volts. I believe ( hope) it's the regulator. Need...
