    1997 evinrude 200

    Purchased a boat with a 97 evinrude 200. had some issues such as rough idle, shutting off and hard starts, and very very smoky. so i replaced all fuel lines cleaned the carbs and also did a rebuild on the VRO. now it runs amazing until it loses fuel. with the motor running and squeezing the bulb...
