    1989 2 cylinder/2 carb 40 hp Mariner Magnum that floods the lower cylinder

    40 HP Mariner Magnum 2 stroke with 2 carbs. The lower cylinder floods and won't burn off the gas. If run for a while at a low speed it will sputter and some time start firing on the lower cylinder. It will run on 1 cylinder for a while but at low speeds it cuts out. It my be just a tune up issue...
