    96' Johnson 150 Fast Strike fuel in engine compartment / Vacuum lines disconnected

    I'm getting some hesitation in throttle response and fuel in the engine compartment and on the carburetors. Not sure if it's a vacuum leak or the overflow not getting to the correct spot/location. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! Newbie , if you can't tell already.
