    "I am rebuilding the carb from "I am rebuilding the carb from my 1998 Yamaha 8hp outboard. In the carb repair kit there was a needle valve and a cap to go on the end of the needle valve. Does anyone have any good suggestions for how to get the cap on to the needle valvle without messing it...
