    2001 75hp mercury power trim problem

    I am having a power trim problem, trim goes up but not down, I have changed down relay , and made various voltage test according to manual , for a brief period I got down to work by quick switching up and down switch, then it stoped working, ,I also checked fluid ,ok I think wiring is correct...
