    Okay. Compression is good on all three cylinders. Carbs have been thoroughly cleaned and carb kits used on all three. I discovered some small holes in the fuel lines while doing all of the removal and cleaning. I will be repairing those tomorrow. Also, I’m not getting good spark on the bottom...

    I just bought this boat and motor. I have replaced the spark plugs due to the old ones being very fouled. The motor will only crank with high idle and will not idle down properly. Also, it will not take throttle when in gear. Where do I need to start?
