    4 stroke 40hp hard to start

    I have a 4 stroke 40hp efi motor. I thought the battery was weak so I replaced it. Charged the new battery and the motor started fine. Ran the motor with volt meter on batter and everything charged fine. The only thing is that when the battery gets below 12.5v the starter won't turn the motor...
