    Very weak water discharge after replacing impeller 1989 9.9 hp

    1998, 9.9 Mariner 2 stoke, pull start. After replacing impeller, following my Clymer manual, the result was a very weak stream from the water discharge. I took it apart and checked for proper assembly, it was alright. I reassembled it and there still was a very weak, more like a heavy drops...

    Won't start 1998 9.9 hp

    :confused:I know this is a pretty vague question but here goes. 1998 9.9 Mariner OB has spark to new plugs, new fuel filter, and new gas there is spark at plugs but won't fire even with starting fluid. I bought this motor 3 years ago and am now finally well enough to use it. Can anyone help...
