    1995 Johnson 175 Fast Strike will only run if choke is pressed.

    When you say intermediate jets not installed, I want to make sure you’re not talking about the jets behind the drain screw. I was able to get all the carbs off and check those screws for any blockage. They’re all clear.

    Thank you, I’m gonna take it back and ask if he’ll take it to the lake to hopefully get the carbs adjusted.

    I have a 175 Fast Strike model # J175GLEOM. I’ve owned it for a few months. The guy I bought if from took me to the lake and it started and ran great for those 30 minutes, lol.
