    My Tohatsu 9.8 2 stroke gave up the ghost after 14 years..I picked up a 1999 Honda 8hp 4 stroke on craigslist. On the right side of engine is what I think is part of the charging system. It has a horizontal and vertical prong covered with a cap that has a little port that comes off the side...
