    Help with 99 choke problem PLZ

    Trying to fix a customers 1997 Trying to fix a customers 1997 9.9 four stroke Mariner. The fuel enrichment solenoid is not being activated. Can't find any manuals in my area. Anyone have knowledge on how the choke system works or a wiring diagram??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Jim
