    Volvo 2003 Electrical Problem

    I am new boat owner. The engi I am new boat owner. The engine panel lights are not lighting up and engine won't start. Everything worked OK a few days ago. I have 12.3 volts at battery and 12.3 volts at the start/stop wires behind the electrical panel. Any ideas what might be the problem?
