    Carbs on a 1999 115HP 2-stroke outboard

    I have a used 1999 Yamaha C115TLRX premix 2-stroke with 2 carbs that don't tune up as indicated in the service manual. The top and bottom carbs have different main jet plugs on the sides and different top stamps (top 6E515, bottom 6R301). I'd appreciate if there's anyone with a 1996-2000 C115...
