    1959 10HP Golden Jubilee

    Hello All. I just joined the forum and look forward to getting in on all of the knowledge here. My 59 10 hp golden jubilee will not open up. It will idle and troll all day. Could this be the high speed needle valve assembly ? I have taken it out and cleaned it off with no luck ??
