    yamaha c85

    i have yamaha c85 out board there seemed to be traces of water geting in the engine i would take the plug out and they look wet and rusty i have taken the exusted cover off and looking at the inner cover there is a hole in it i need to know if this hole should be there or not or is it corosion...
