    Trim wonbt work up

    "I have a 1995 ProCraft V-170- "I have a 1995 ProCraft V-170-C with a 120hp Force. The trim only works going down, not up.I was told that the relays may be the problem. Where are they located & does this sound like a possible fix?...It makes no noise whatsoever when trying to trim up....thanks"
