    96 Mercury 40 HP 4 cyl bogs down at 1/2-full throttle

    Just rebuilt the 2 carbs on my 40HP 96 Merc, adjusted the idle, motor runs smooth at idle and low RPMs but bogs down as you approach 1/2 throttle and engine will not rev higher than 2700 RPMs. Didn't change anything w/ the linkage and put new fuel filter and plugs in. Each cyl is getting spark...
