    Mine was doing that for a while turned out to be a short. Make sure all your wires are good and connections are good

    Motor stalling out

    So I have a 99 Yamaha 50 outboard that wants to stall out when giving it throttle under a load. It cranks up, idles, and will neutral rev fine. But once I put it in gear and accelerate to get on pad it’ll either lag and then go or just bog down and die but once it gets on pad it runs perfectly...
