    1987 merc 115 inline 6 runs good until stop then will only idle

    my merc 115 will run good for long time but when you stop and try to take off it will only idle. if you try and throttle up it bogs down. we have cleaned tank, new hoses ,bulb ,changed stator. Have also hooked up another tank and lines. Is there something that will restrict it to idle speed...
