    after cruising speed, reducing rpm to idle (1,000rpm) engine stalls. Will not start for 10-15 minutes then starts fine.

    350 5.7 runs fine all rpm for 2 hours. Then when reducing rpm to idle (1,000rpm) engine stalls. Will not start for 10-15 minutes then starts fine. Revs at dock and will run for another period at 3,000rpm until I reduce speed to 1,000rpm and stalls again. Wait 10-15 minutes starts again...
