    99 75hp no start unless i give it gas , manually moving the cab linkage

    I have a 99 mecury 75 hp , has spark , fule ( just seeps out exhuast till it starts ) replaced the enricher no help. It does fire right up if i manually move the carb linkage , runs and idles high but ok , if it cools off I start the process over again to start it , if i let it sit for an hour...
