    Mercury 60 hp outboard

    Engine runs Bass Pro party boat. Is 8 yrs old and has run flawlessly. Now, the engine will sputter and die at moderate rpm’s unless the bulb is quickly repumped in which case it temporarily runs fine. Have replaced the bulb and tubing and the fuel filters without effect. What is the issue...
