    1998 merc 200hp efi o/s

    my motor starts right up and runs great, but when i shut it off it dose not want to start. if i turn key off and back on the motor backfires a little, then off and on a couple of times it will start and run great. i changed the trigger and the switch and kill switch any ideas?
