    test port voltage

    what should the test port voltage be on my 2004 honda bf225 at the red 4 port connector? i have 5 volts and attempting to pull codes but nothing happens when I start the motor there is a steady beep and but the motor runs fine and has good power the water in fuel sensor is working correctly...
