    Hi, I have an old Evinrude 90V4 and it can’t be lifted even with the help of a car jack. Both solenoids make a click sound and no obvious wiring damage. It dropped down 15cm when manually released and could not be physically lifted with valve still open. Any ideas what may be an option to raise...
