    The 2006's were a joint effort between Mercury and Tohatsu. Mine ran fine for 17 years. Now it starts and idles fine. It will not run between 1000 and 2400 rpm. Read many threads of others with similar issue. They replaced all of the parts listed above with no changes. All mechanical and...
