    1989 25hp evinrude, spits & sputters @ idle. .

    Please help with corresting problem. Engine has returned from 2 shops with problem not fixed. Engine has good top end. Coming off top end. Or at idle engine spits & sputters then stall out. Priming it will help to keep running. Thanks!
