    Hello This motor had not been run in years, like 15! Cleaned the carburetor changed the plugs. It started right up no smoke ran great. Took it out for a test run and there is no top end power. It revs up great no smoke. I'm sure it was fine when last used it belonged to my uncle and if it wasn't...
