    Hello guys. Weird stuff going on on my 2002 115 4 stroke motor. Can't achieve rpm above 4700 ( still same old prop) .It also takes everything to get on step. And when engine gets warm and i come off step can't get past 8-9 mph and thats with throtle all out.after a 15-20 min like this it gains...
