    1989 evinrude 40 TE40ELCEC WOT timing advance

    I wanted to ask if anyone out there could give me the joe reeves timing instructions for my 89' TE40ELCEC I have seen this method done on older motors and they are set up a bit different than mine I was just wondering if anyone out there has used this method on motor like mine . thanks
