    Bad idle on 1980 70hp evinrude

    I hope someone can help. When I hope someone can help. When I run the motor in the yard with the hose pipe supplying the water it will idle all day long but when i put it in the river it doesn't. Also when i do get it going and give it throttle it seems to like choke its self. Maybe its not...
