    I have a 1999 johnson 115 hp jpleem bought is new the no. four cylinder cuts out at lower rpms it seems to come around at 3500 rpm compression is good on all cylinders tried swapping carbs same problem tried new coil on that cylinder no change also when I disconnect the other sparks plug wires...
