    2000 Evinrude 15 4stroke wonbt rev without choke

    "Evinrude four stroke 15 HP. E "Evinrude four stroke 15 HP. Engine bogs down when you give it throttle unless choke is on part way. It idles well and revs well when choked. Removed and cleaned carb, did not solve the problem. Any suggestions??????"
