    thank you so much i will try and price the parts to see if a conversion is an option does the serial number make a difference - i know from ordering other parts what the motor is ?

    I am getting conflicting advise one says no way - sell it buy another - the second is convert it to an L 20 inch leg - the third says put a jack plate on with a 5 inch lift ( this means around an 8 inch set out ) I am very confused - height weight - transom strain - any thoughts please A...
