    Vaccum switch 200 HP Johnson

    Switch leaks gas has one wire missing ground wire still there , boat surges and stalls at speed , hiccups and stalls at idle . Been sitting long while cleaned fuel tank , new filters , carbs cleaned , new plugs ? I don't know where switch plugs in.1995
