    1993 Yamaha 40 horse no power on load

    I have a 1993 Yamaha 40 horse that starts, runs fine but no power under load. Will not go over 5 mph. Had carbs cleaned professionally twice. Motor has good compression and timing is on. It was recommended to put on new CDI, I did that and no change. I have good fresh fuel. Anyone else...
