    Broken steering remove throttle handle

    "I have a 9.9 hp Johnson with "I have a 9.9 hp Johnson with a broken steering handle. I need help to remove the throttle. I can find the parts list but I can't see how the twist handle and helix twist grip is removed. I am fixing this for a girls high school crew team, thats how it was broken...
