    Hi - Got a problem with my boat motor, can't figure this one out. When I take the air silencer off, motor runs great as it would normally. I put the air silencer back on it will not open up and go wide open. I've checked compression, spark is fine. Rebuilt carbs and changed fuel hoses to carbs...
