    Lower Unit Help

    Can someone answer this question? I have a 1977 175 hp Envinrude (Model # 175749) with lower unit issues and needs to be replaced. I found a 1990 225 hp Evinrude (E225TXESG) with a working lower unit and it is free!! Will it work with the 175??? Thanks for your help!!
