    Help with engine bogging down after running for a while

    I have a 90 hp 1999 mariner and after running it for 10 to 15 mins at 85% throttle it seems to bog down. Bog down is probably the wrong phrase it feels and sounds like the throttle is being lowered to random points. I can keep the boat on plane probably around 40% throttle and not have the issue...
