    97 150 fast strike kicks up in reverse

    engine kicks up in reverse (getting off trailer) and if it is tilted all the way up it will not come down unless the release valve is opened. If it is tilted to just before full up, it comes down OK. I know the problem is in the valve body somewhere. are these units repairable? I read...
