    hi...can anyone tell me if it hi...can anyone tell me if it is possable to increase hp on the 9.8hp tohatsu..i have a 2.7mtr twin skin hull rib and could do with some more power..the outboard is not that old and i like it and dont want to part with it but am well up for a tweak..not bothered...
