    Just changed the water pump/impeller on my 60 HP Johnson. Hooked up the ears on the lower unit and ran engine. Water came out of the hose put not a lot just kinda spitted water out. Removed the Thermostat and more water came out but not a steady stream. Engine block was cool to the touch...
