    I’ll check that and let you know. If I don’t have 12v at the primer I think I’ll need a new ignition switch or have a broken wire between the switch and primer.

    I have a 91 evinrude outboard 60hp 3 cyl, hard to start cold, I move the primer arrow to bypass the solenoid and it starts right away, but with the primer in normal position it won’t start, l put a new primer solenoid on and still the same problem, new plugs.
