    New impeller - no telltale. 25 merc

    Just purchased a 25 ho merc with no tell tale. They had the impeller replaced by a marina, but no tell tale. I removed the lower unit and the impeller looks goo. Woodruff key is intace, new wearplate. It's a 1@73 ending. Feed tube going up is clear of obstruction. Pee hole is clear except...
