    Merc 60 hp firing problems

    Hello there. First time poster and newbie boat motor. I have a 60hp merc, approx 1988 model. Hole 2 does not fire properly in the water but when in my drive away it fires and the engine runs smooth. All plugs firing and seem to be good spark on all three. Any suggestions?
