    98 honda bf130 flooding after first start

    i just picked up a nice boat for a great deal. it has a 130 honda on it. first thing i did was clean the vst and filter changes and it started right up.. purrs like a kitten. my problem is it wont start a second time as it floods all four cylinders instantly.. take the plugs out and dry them...
