    Changing the oil in a 1998 99 merc 4stroke

    We bought a used boat with a 1 We bought a used boat with a 1998 merc 9.9 4stroke kicker on it. But i cannot locate the oil plug to change the oil! The copy of the manual page from a local dealer shows the plug on the side (no where to be seen on my engine) and the filter is also not located...
