    I have an 08 Chaparral 290 Signature. The tilt/trim system worked flawlessly all season, and when I winterized the engines. I installed the batteries and went to raise the drives this Spring. Nothing. No clicks on both systems. Just checked the switch up at the helm and I'm getting 12 volts...
